Nice to meet you, my name is Ritsu and I am the oldest member of the saesa team.
I've been involved in dried vegetables for 30 years, and if you include the time I've been working with my predecessors, it's about 45 years. (lol)
Currently, I am nearing the end of raising my three children, and I am living with my dog, Komogi, who is 5 years old, in a rural home.
For me, living with my dog Komogi feels like an extension of raising children, which is adorable.
Walking with Komogi is a fun way to experience the seasons. On holidays, I enjoy walking around the mountain path for about an hour.
It's a very good exercise for me during menopause.
There is a large park about a 15 minute walk away, where we have fun interacting with dogs of many breeds and their owners.
The photo shows a cosmos field in full bloom on a sunny autumn day.
The weather is nice and walking becomes easier.
My hobbies are gardening (I like to work in Japanese gardens). I also grow fruits such as blueberries, raspberries, mandarin oranges, and lemons.
Through this blog, we will share information about seasonal vegetables, fruits, dried vegetables, and dried fruits, as well as the sights, smells, and sounds of the season.
