Processed seasonal vegetables! [Daikon radish and carrots]

Hello, it's Rittsu!
The wind is still cold, and it's the season for warm food.
Eating oden or boiled radish warms both the body and the soul.
Today we'll be talking about radishes and carrots, two representative winter vegetables.

Daikon radishes are in season from late December to February, when the coldest months of the year are at their peak. At this time, the sugar content of daikon radishes increases to protect them from the cold, making them juicy and sweet.
Winter carrots also become sweeter, have a richer flavor, and are rich in nutrients, which are characteristics of seasonal vegetables.

In the bitter cold and in the half-frozen fields, Saesa's contracted farmers worked in the fields, harvesting each stalk one by one.
Once the product arrives at the processing factory, it is processed immediately.
The pure white daikon radish and vibrant orange color will have you in awe of how beautiful colors can be produced without using any artificial colorings!

Beta-carotene, which is found in large amounts in carrots and radishes, is converted into vitamin A when it enters a dog's body.
The main function of vitamin A is to maintain healthy vision, skin, and coat, and to build strong mucous membranes and teeth.
Furthermore, beta-carotene itself has strong antioxidant properties and is expected to boost immunity. Vitamin A is a nutrient that boosts immunity.

As the cold weather continues, both dogs and us are prone to getting sick. Let's welcome spring in good health with the power of vegetables!
